Why do we always forget to do a property visit?

Property Visits (or Mid Term Inspections) are probably the one job that as an agent we forget to do and as a landlord we should do better. There is nothing worse than receiving your check out or visiting your property after the check out and finding out that the property has been sub let and as a result vandalised. I suppose there is something worse; being woken up by the police to find your let home has been raided!
