Mid Term Inspections
This is the visit and subsequent report carried out by No Letting Go’s Ashford property inventory services, or by the agent using Kaptur software typically every 3-4 months during the tenancy. Legionella Risk Assessment
Current legislation under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 imposes a legal duty on all managing agents and landlords (duty holders) to ensure the health and safety of all staff, tenants and members of the public. It was updated in 2014 to include all residential properties containing water systems. If anyone is alleged to have breached any offence under this act, a criminal offence is deemed to have been committed.
