In what has been a testing year with many companies either shut or unhelpful, it has been refreshing dealing with Abby Chilvers from No Letting Go. She has carried out many Inventories for us this year, several of these without much notice. Abby has provided us with a great service.
It was a very pleasant first-time experience doing a check out inventory. I was anxious and nervous and didn’t know what to expect (even though I read through the check out guide and watched the video that was sent). Darren was very professional and dignified. He explained things simply and clearly. With no prior knowledge of renting in the UK, Darren has equipped with information. I was also reassured that I can contact him if there is any dispute. The service was outstanding and Darren was very accommodating to allow my friend to be with me during the appointment. Thanks very much for your time and service.

I just want to say thank you for the excellent service provided by Nicholas St. Nicholas recently when he carried out a check-out inspection at one of my properties.
